The list of holders of the educational grant of the SF "Kazakhstan khalkyna" has been published

Within the framework of the charitable program "Educational Grants of the Kazakhstan Khalkyna Foundation", 758 undergraduate students from socially vulnerable families who studied on a paid basis became holders of an educational grant.

Students have the opportunity to study at the expense of the "Kazakhstan Khalkyna"  Foundation and receive a scholarship of 40 thousand tenge. The list of grant holders is published on the foundation's website qazaqstanhalqyna.kz .

Applications were accepted from August 1 to August 30, 2022 and were carried out through the platform of the fund's partners - NGO "Taiburyl" and CF "Endowment KAZGUU". The competition was open to students with disabilities, including those with disabilities; orphans or those left without parental care until adulthood; from low-income rural families; from single-parent families raising children with disabilities; students, parents / parent who are persons with disabilities.

A total of 79 national, public and private higher education institutions took part in the program. By the way, one of the advantages of the grant is the absence of requirements for its "working out".

Taking into account the available unallocated grants, as well as numerous requests from students to extend the deadline for accepting applications, the Kazakhstan Khalkyna Foundation decided to announce an additional competition among students of paid departments, which will last from September 8 to 20, 2022. During this period, students who meet the competition criteria can apply on the website taiburyl.kz .

As previously reported, on August 25, the foundation provided grants with scholarships for 745 applicants who did not receive a state or other grant to pay for higher education under bachelor's degree programs. Grants were awarded to applicants from low-income families in rural areas; persons belonging to orphans and left without parental care until adulthood; persons with disabilities, including those with disabilities. Applications were accepted from August 10 to August 23. The list of grant holders was also published on the foundation's website.

As a result, 1,503 applicants and students have already become grant holders from "Kazakhstan Khalkynа". In general, the fund will allocate up to 2,350 grants.
