Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Director of the Academic Affairs Department
To participate in the competition, applicants must submit the following documents:
1) Application for participation in the competition.
2) Copy of the ID card / passport of the applicant.
3) Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Service record with a 3х4cm color photograph.
4) Copies of diplomas/educational certificates and transcripts (originals must be presented for verification).
5) Copy of employment record (proof of work experience), certified by the HR department of the current or most recent place of employment.
6) Medical Certificate (Form No.075/u) Medical Certificate (Physician's professional-consultative conclusion) pursuant to the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020, No. KR HCM-175/2020 (Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 4, 2020, No. 21579).
7) Certificate of criminal record status (presence or absence of a criminal record) issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Submission of an incomplete package of documents according to the list provided above shall be grounds for the rejection of the application in an arbitrary form. Applicants have the right to provide additional information regarding their education and professional level (list of scientific publications, letters of recommendation from previous employers), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.
The Director of the Academic Affairs Department must be aware: The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the following laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan: "On Education", "On Science", "On Anti-Corruption", "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On Military Service and the Status of Military Personnel", "On Public Procurement", and "On State Property", the state program for the development of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other normative legal acts regulating educational, scientific, production, economic, financial, and economic activities of higher education institutions, methodological materials in the field of training specialists in higher and postgraduate education, prospects for the technical and scientific development of the higher education sector, human resources of higher education institutions, scientific achievements, and advanced experience of foreign educational institutions in the field of higher and postgraduate education (additional education), labor legislation, as well as occupational health and safety rules and regulations.
Qualification Requirements for the The Director of the Academic Affairs Department: Higher (or postgraduate) education in a relevant specialty, at least 3 years of work experience in managerial/leadership positions in educational organizations and/or in authorized bodies within the relevant fields.
Application deadline and submission details: June 10, 2026, until 17:00 (5:00 PM). Date and location of the competition will be announced additionally.
