A sports ground has been opened with the sponsorship of JSC «Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan»

In honor of the 85th anniversary of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, the grand opening of the sports ground took place. The sports ground was built with the sponsorship of JSC «Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan»   in front of the Students' House №5 of the educational institution.

At the solemn event, the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University Beibitkul Karimova noted that the opening of the sports ground will help young people to be healthy, spend leisure time with benefit.

- Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University has been cooperating with JSC «Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan»  for 20 years.

In particular, the bank provides services such as servicing university employees, remuneration, opening and using bank cards, opening deposits of legal entities and individuals.

This year, the number of students enrolled in educational institutions has increased. Therefore, the opening of such a sports ground will attract young people to regular physical education and sports. Beibitkul Sarsemkhanovna expressed gratitude to JSC «Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan» for supporting the development of students.

Deputy Director of the regional branch of JSC «Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan»  Yerlan Nurtazayev congratulated on the opening of the new sports ground and noted that in the future cooperation with the university will be strengthened.

During the event, the chairman of the Youth Affairs Committee, Nabiden Marat, noted that the sports ground is a great opportunity to strengthen the health of young people.

Currently, the university has 22 youth organizations, 13 sports sections. The educational institution has more than 30 winners and prize-winners of the World and Asian championships, more than 100 winners and prize-winners of the championship of Kazakhstan.
