Ainur Sarsenbekovna is a young scientist with research experience in the field of urban planning, economics and management in construction, the formation of a safe environment for public health.

She got the opportunity to study for a master's degree in the Bolashak program in America. This university pays great attention to the fact that undergraduates get work experience in companies. After completing her studies, she decided to work in her native country, although the World Bank offered her a position.

From 2016 to 2020, she worked as a leading specialist of the Quality Control department in a large-scale construction company in the country. Having a certificate for the study of the quality of construction, she performed the functions of supervising the quality of houses that meet new standards.

"In order for people to live well, buildings must be harmless to health, so I conducted a study on the standard of building houses with low energy consumption. In the future, I will work at the university on the implementation of new scientific projects," Ainur Sarsenbekovna noted.

Gulnazia Almakhanova is a Bolashak graduate, also works as the head of the International Relations Department at the university. She received a Master's degree in International Security from the University of Warwick in the UK in 2019-2020.

It is important to note that the teaching staff, who have gained experience and advanced their qualifications abroad, are in great demand at universities. Today, several scientists of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University are undergoing a scientific internship within the framework of the 500 Scientists project in the USA, Germany, and Russia. Thus, a great contribution to the development of education, science and the university is made by personnel who have improved their specialization in other countries.
