The history of the educational program «Kazakh language, literature and journalism»

The history of the еducational programs dates back to 1937. Since then, so many major scientists and professors have worked. From 1937 to 1947 it was appointed the Chair of "Language and Literature". The first linguists such as A. Tuleuov, M. Kiyekbayev, K. Makashev, R. Alshynbayev, A.Ermekov worked at the department. Also great scientists were R. Alshynbayev, I. Kenesbayev, A. Konyratbayev, J. Elmuratov, N.Zhunusov, A. Shamshatova, A. Ablakov, M. Bimaganbetov, A. Baizholov, A. Uteuli, T. Sairambayev, M. Dostanov, N.Nurzhanov, P. Makhmutov scientists made a significant contribution to education.

Educational programs of «Kazakh language, literature and journalism» employs 3 Doctors of Sciences, 4 professors, 16 candidates of Sciences, 1 PhD, 8 Masters of Sciences. Currently, the head of the department is Ph.D., Associate Professor Almautova A. B. The department trains specialists in the Kazakh language and literature, philology and journalism. Teachers of the department regularly take part in scientific conferences of International, national and regional scale, make presentations.

From 2017 to 2022 at the republican subject Olympiads of students 6B01721-twice 2nd place in the EP Kazakh language and literature (Kostanay Pedagogical University, Kazakh National University), once 3rd place (Pavlodar Pedagogical University, head-Boranbai B. E.), 6B02336-1 time 2nd place in the EP philology (Kokshetau) (head – A. Abasilov), according to OP 6B03237-Journalism 3 times took 2nd place (Karaganda, Pavlodar, Atyrau), 1 time 3rd place (Turkestan, heads - A.Zholmakhanova, G. Yessimova, A. Abdrazakova, A. Orazova).

On May 28, 2022, A. Abimoldaev (supervisor: A. Abdrazakhova) took 3rd place in the Republican Student Scientific Project of the M. Kozybayev West Kazakhstan University, specialty 6B03237–Journalism (Teleradio). From 2018 to 2022 on the basis of grant funding of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "singing in the spirit of "Mangilik El" of the educational, ideological and national character of the works of Syr Suleiler", "epigraphy of the region: spiritual revival and continuity of generations (based on the materials of the Kyzylorda region)", " memoirs of Kazakh emigrants: genre, stylistic specificity and historical significance". The first two of these three projects were implemented by the scientists of the department through the Research Institute "Korkyttanu and the history of the region", and the last ones at the department.

Tuyakbayev G. A. grant funding for scientific and scientific-technical projects for 2021-2023 spiritual saints of Kazakhstan. Work is underway on the scientific project "historical toponyms of the Kyzylorda region: cognitive, literary foundations and national code", as well as Abasilov A.M. On the issues of "language and society" of the people of the Great Steppe" on grant funding for scientific and (or) scientific and technical projects of the Committee of Science, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan a scientific project is being implemented"analysis of ideas (sociolinguistic research)".

Articles of professors – teachers of the department are published in international peer-reviewed journals based on Scopus.

We are working closely with the Kyzylorda regions, city educational institutions, and the mass media. More than 30 contracts have been concluded with schools of the region, the city, and heads of mass media in the specialties.

Train competitive specialists in education in the specialties of Kazakh language and literature, journalism, providing the educational process with innovative technologies in accordance with the best international educational practices for the development of the university.

Ermaganbetova Zuhra graduated from S.M. Kirov KazSU (now Al-Farabi KazNU) in 1991. In 2007, she received the scientific degree of candidate of philological sciences.

She started career as a reporter in the newspaper "Na strazhe-Sakshi" (1991), a body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

In 1996-1998, she was a reporter in the Kyzylorda city newspaper "Akmeshit Akshamy".

Since 1998, she has been a senior lecturer at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University

In 2008-2010, editor of the newspaper "Syr Tulegi" at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University

In 2010-2012, the editor of the republican scientific-methodical pedagogical magazine "Tagylym"

Bekmaganbetova Gulmira Shanzharkhankhyzy graduated from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University in 1999 with a degree in Kazakh language and literature teacher. In 2010, he received a Ph. D. in philology.

She started his career as a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature at the Kazakh secondary school No. 11 in Kyzylorda. (1999)

Abilov Aldazhar Abdirasulleuly graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov (now Al-Farabi Kazakh National University) in 1982. In 1991 he received the academic degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences, in 2011 - the academic title of associate professor in the field of literary criticism. In 2008 he became a full member (academician) and in 2009 he was awarded the title of Honorary Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He began his career in 1974 as a worker in the Aral region of the Aral region. In 1977-82 he was a student, and in 1982-83 - a senior researcher at the regional museum of history and local lore. In 1983-88 he served in the Komsomol and party committees, in 1988-91 he worked as deputy director of secondary school No. 13 for educational work, teacher of Kazakh language and literature, history. In 1991-97 - teacher of the Kazakh language department, senior lecturer, in 1997-98 - senior teacher of the Kazakh literature department, in 1998-99 - senior lecturer of the department, deputy dean of the department. faculty, in 1999-2004 - head of the department of Kazakh language and literature and journalism, acting. associate professor., in 2004-2006 - senior researcher, and from 2006 to the present time she has been working at the department of Kazakh language and literature, journalism.

Aman Madelkhanovich graduated from Kaz NPU named after Abaya in 1992. In 1998, he received the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences.

He began his career as a teacher, senior lecturer at the Kazakh Language Department of Akmola State University named after S. Seifullin (1992-1995).

1995-1998 - Postgraduate student at Al-Farabi Kazakh National State University.

In 1998, he defended his dissertation on the topic "sociolinguistic problems of the state language in the northern region of the Republic of Kazakhstan: ways to solve them" at the dissertation council and received the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences.

Since 1998, Senior lecturer at the Kazakh Language Department of the Korkyt ata Kyzylorda State University.

Since 2014, he has been an associate professor at the Department.

Tuyakbaev Gabit Aneshuly was born on April 1, 1963, in the village of S. Seifullin, Terengozek district (now Syrdaria district), Kyzylorda region.

In 1980, he finished secondary school No. 137, in 1984 graduated from Kyzylorda Pedagogical Institute named after N.V.Gogol, the Faculty of Philology (now Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University), majoring in Kazakh language and literature.

In 1984-1986, the secretary of the primary Komsomol organization of the S.Seifullin state farm, in 1986-1991, the deputy director of Inkardariya secondary school #191, the executive secretary of Terengozek District Education Society, in 1991-1995, a teacher in secondary school #137, deputy director of the school, 1995-1996 worked as a teacher at Zhambyl Pedagogical College named after Abay, in 1997-2009, editor of “Universitet Tinisy” newspaper of Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati, senior teacher of the Department of Kazakh Philology and Journalism, head of the department from 1997-2009.

From 2009, he worked as a senior lecturer at the department of Kazakh language and literature and journalism, head of the department of organization of post-graduate education, and adviser to the rector of the university, and from 2012 to 2021, he had position as the head of the department of Kazakh language and literature and journalism at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University. Since 2021, he has been working as a professor at the department mentioned.

In 2003, under the supervision of Professor B. Karibozuly, he defended his candidate's thesis on the topic “Literary heritage of Kanly Zhusip Kadyrbergenuly”.

Five-time winner of the competition announced by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, under his scientific leadership research projects were implemented on the topics such as “History of journalism of the Syr region: formation, development and experiences” in 2012-2014, “Memories of Kazakh emigrants: genre, stylistic features, and historical significance” in 2018-2020, in 2021-2022, “Artistic poetics and historical significance of literary and journalistic works on the theme of the Afghan war”, in 2021-2023 “Historical toponyms of Kyzylorda region: cognitive, literary foundations and national code”.

Under his leadership, a scientific project on “Kazakh toponymic legends abroad (Russia, Mongolia, China): typology, genetics, and poetic features” is being implemented for 2023-2025.

In 2021-2023, he performed in the scientific project “Historical-documentary value of manuscripts in the legacy of Mustafa Shokai”.

He is engaged in research work as a performer in the scientific project “M. Shokai's ideal of statehood: lessons from history, ideological continuity” for 2023-2025.

In 2018-2019, “Korkyt Ata is a world figure. Legend and truth” was implemented with the funding of the akim of Kyzylorda region. in 2020-2023 he was a performer in research projects on the topic “Anthology of the folklore of the Syr region”. In the framework of these projects, in 2018, he compiled and published the collections “Legends and stories about Korkyt Ata”, and in 2022 “Anthology of the folklore of the Syr region: legends and stories”.

He is one of the authors of the “Local Studies” textbook for 3-7 grades of general education schools in Kyzylorda region.

More than 30 master's theses have been defended under his scientific supervision, currently; he is a scientific advisor to 3 PhD doctors.

Gabit Aneshuly is the chairman of the “Spiritual Support” public fund, and the editor-in-chief of the international scientific and educational magazine “Korkyt Ata”.

The main field of research is the work of Syr Boyi poets, toponymic legends, and stories. He is the author of more than 100 scientific and journalistic articles, 3 monographs, 2 textbooks, and 1 dictionary, which discuss the topical issues of national spirituality. 8 books were published with his composition. 20 articles have been published in collections of several foreign journals and international conferences, including 4 articles in international peer-reviewed (Scopus database), Hirsch index equal to 2, and owner of 4 authorship certificates.

In 1985, she entered the first year of the Faculty of Philology of the Kazakh National University named after C.M. Kirov, in 1990 she graduated with a degree in philology, teacher of Kazakh language and literature.

In 1990, with the direction of the Ministry of Education and Science, she began teaching at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University.

In 2003, under the guidance of Professor B. Sagyndykuly, she defended her dissertation on the topic “Adjectives in the language of written literary monuments of the 11th-12th centuries” (based on the exhibits “Khibat-ul Khakayik”, “Kutadgu Bilik”).

Bekmagambetov Shanzharkhan studied at the Faculty of Philology of the Kazakh State University (now – Al-Farabi Kazakh National University) in 1970-75.

He started his career in 1967-70 as a senior pioneer leader in the Karateren secondary school of the Aral District of the Kyzylorda region, where he studied, and in the year of graduation (1975) he continued as a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature at the same school, where he worked until 1985.

In 1985-88 he worked as a teacher at the Vocational School No. 9 in Kyzylorda.

1988-91 He was a teacher at the Department of pedagogy and psychology of the N. V. Gogol Kyzylorda University. In 1991, he moved to the Department of Kazakh language and literature of this institute, where he worked.

1993-professor at the Academic Council of the Institute of Linguistics named after Akhmet Baitursynov of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Under the leadership of K. M. Yessenov, he defended his dissertation for the title of candidate of philological Sciences on the topic: "structural and semantic description of the main types of structures in explanatory communication in the Kazakh language". (Structural and semantic characteristics of basic types of significant structures in the Kazakh language (Spetsnaz.: 10.02.06 – - Turkish language)

June 30, 2011. According to Protocol No. 6, by the decision of the committee for control in the field of Education and science of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor.

Kudaibergenova Kunimzhan graduated from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University in 2004 with a degree in Kazakh Language and Literature. In 2011, she received a Master's degree in Humanities.

Өскенбай Көзбеков еңбек жолын 1991-1992 оқу жылында Қорқыт ата атындағы Қызылорда мемлекеттік университетінде оқытушылық қызметтен бастаған. Ұстаздық қызметін ғылыммен байланыстырып, 1998 жылы «О.Бөкеев прозасының поэтикасы» тақырыбында қазақ әдебиеті мамандығы бойынша кандидаттық диссертациясын сәтті қорғады.

Профессор әдебиетті оқыту әдістемесі мәселелерімен де айналысып, «Әдебиеттануға кіріспе» пәні бойынша әдістемелік нұсқаулық әзірлеген. Сонымен қатар, «Орыс әдебиетінің тарихы» атты типтік оқу бағдарламасын құрастырды. Өскенбай Арыстбайұлы – 30-дан астам ғылыми-әдістемелік мақаланың авторы.

Профессор 1983 жылдан бастап бүгінге дейін Қорқыт ата атындағы Қызылорда университетінің «Қазақ тілі мен әдебиеті және журналистика» кафедрасында ассистент, оқытушы, аға оқытушы, доцент, кафедра меңгерушісі, профессор қызметтерін абырой атқарып келеді. Ғалымның 12 оқу-әдістемелік құралы, 2 монографиясы, 4 әдеби-зерттеу еңбегі мен 250-ден астам ғылыми мақаласы жарық көрген.

Саналы ғұмырын шәкірт тәрбиелеп, сапалы кадр дайындауға арнаған Ұлжан Нахатқызы «Қорқыт Ата атындағы Алтын медалімен», «Қазақстан Республикасы Білім беру ісінің үздігі» және «ҚР-ның Ғылымын дамытуға сіңірген еңбегі үшін» төсбелгісімен марапатталған.

1905 жылы 10 қыркүйекте Қызылорда облысы, Шиелі ауданында туған. Ғалым, түркітанушы, филология ғылымдарының докторы (1972), профессор (1974). Ташкент халық ағарту институтын (1925), Бүкілодақтық журналистика институтын (1935), ҚазПИ-ді (Қаз ҰПУ) бітірген (1943). 1922–1924 жж. Ташкенттегі алғашқы комсомол газеті «Жас қайратты» (кейінгі «Лениншіл жас») шығарысады. 1925 жылы Қызылордада «Еңбекші қазақ» газетінде (Б.Майлин басқарған бөлім) қызмет істейді. Астана Алматыға көшкенде, Қызылорда округтік ауаткомының жауапты хатшысы. 1929 жылы «Сыр бойы» газетінде партия бөлімінің меңгерушісі, «Екпінді балықшы» (Арал) газетінің редакторы болып істейді. 1930 жылы Алматыға оралып, республикалық «Колхоз» газетінің редакторы болады. 1932–1934 жж. Мәскеу Комвузында (ВКИЖ) оқиды. 1934–1937 жж. арасында БК (б)П Қазақ өлкелік комитетінің аппаратында нұсқаушы болып қызмет атқарады.

1938 жылы Абай атындағы Қазақ педагогикалық институтына түсіп, оның филология факультетін аяқтайды. Қазақ КСР Ғылым академиясының аспирантурасын бітірген соң, М.Әуезов пен В.М.Жирмунскийдің жетекшілігімен «Қазақтың лиро-эпостық жырлары» деген тақырыпта кандидаттық диссертация қорғайды.

1945-1949 жж. Қазақстан ҒА Тіл және әдебиет институтында ғылыми қызметкер. Ұзақ жылдар бойы Қаз МУ (ҚазҰП), ҚазПИ (ҚазҰПУ), Қызылорда педагогикалық институтында (Қорқыт Ата атындағы Қызылорда мемлекеттік университеті) доцент, кафедра меңгерушісі болып қызмет атқарған.
