Program features	The educational program under the name of Administrative Justice did not exist before. As you know, on June 29, 2020, the administrative procedural code was adopted in the country, and a new specialized District Court for administrative cases was established. In this regard, it is known that the new industry will need specialists who are trained in the relevant areas. The educational program will include new training courses that have never been provided for before. When creating the educational program, The opinions of judicial, law enforcement and special authorities, as well as the legal community, were taken into account.

Form of study	The term of study is determined by the period of mastering 240 academic credits for the entire period of study and 60 academic credits for the academic year. The term of study for persons with higher education or technical and vocational education, or after secondary education is determined taking into account the student's prerequisites, determined on the basis of the transcript (diploma supplement). In this case, credits are re-credited and previously mastered disciplines are taken into account, provided that their volume is sufficient and the educational program is continuous.
