The Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan is an independent, autonomous state body created to ensure the effective functioning of the judicial system of the country and the implementation of the constitutional powers of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to form courts, as well as to ensure guarantees of the independence of judges and their immunity.

The main functions of the Council are to conduct a qualification exam, select judges, issues of their disciplinary responsibility, and others.

In its activities, the Council is guided by the principles of transparency, openness and accessibility of information for citizens and stakeholders.

In order to promptly inform about its activities and current news, the Council actively uses social networks. This ensures the availability and timely dissemination of information among a wide audience, including students, master's students, doctoral students, as well as the teaching staff of educational institutions.
