AZERBAIJANI SCHOLARS VISIT HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL LANDMARKS OF KYZYLORDA

Scholars from the Republic of Azerbaijan, who arrived on a working visit to the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, explored the historical and cultural heritage as well as modern architectural landmarks of the region.

During the educational tour, the guests first visited the "Anağa Tağzym" ("Tribute to the mother") center, where they were briefed on projects aimed at promoting national values. The delegation then visited the "Syr Zhuldyzdary" Creative and Innovation Academy, where they got acquainted with the opportunities available for developing the creative potential of the younger generation. Following this, the scholars visited the Kyzylorda Regional History and Local Lore Museum to view valuable exhibits reflecting the rich history and cultural heritage of Aral Sea region. The foreign guests received detailed information about the region's past, historical figures, and cultural traditions.

An important part of the visit was a trip to the Korkyt Ata Memorial Complex. The delegation paid tribute to the great thinker of the Turkic world and offered a prayer. The guests particularly noted the historical and spiritual significance of the memorial and highly valued the shared cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples.

This visit contributed to strengthening scientific and cultural ties between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan and allowed the foreign scholars to gain a deeper insight into the historical, spiritual, and cultural wealth of the region.
