KORKYT ATA UNIVERSITY AND "LIAONING HONGDA KAZAKHSTAN" DISCUSS NEW AVENUES FOR COOPERATION

Nauryzbay Baikadamov, Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, held a meeting with Bauyrzhan Aitkulov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Liaoning HongDa Kazakhstan", and Chen Yangchun, Deputy Chairman of the Board and Project Manager for Kyzylorda region.

The parties discussed the training of specialists in high demand in the labor market, the organization of industrial internships for students, and the implementation of future joint projects during the meeting. According to company representatives, starting in 2024, "HongDa Kazakhstan" has been implementing mineral extraction and geological exploration projects in Jetisu, Abai, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda, Aktobe, Akmola and Karaganda regions.

At the meeting it was noted that there are plans to construct processing plants at the Burabay-Zhalgyzagash and Talap deposits in Kyzylorda region. Furthermore, the company announced its intention to create over 3,000 new jobs across Kazakhstan within the next three years.

The parties expressed mutual interest in developing cooperation in personnel training, supporting students during industrial internships, and implementing educational projects focused on practical skills jointly. Following the meeting, an agreement was signed to explore further areas of collaboration.

It is worth noting that "HongDa Kazakhstan" is a structural division of the international corporation "Liaoning Hongda Enterprise Group", based in Huludao, China. The corporation operates in the mining, construction, finance, and agricultural sectors and comprises
27 subsidiaries operating in various countries around the world.
