"In accordance with the Rules for Conferring Academic Titles (Associate Professor, Professor), approved by Order No.128 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011 (as amended by Orders No.320 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2021, and No.435 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 5, 2024), as well as in accordance with Order No.466 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 30, 2024, “On Approval of the Classifier of Scientific Directions” (as amended by Order No.124 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 2025), the Academic Council of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University hereby publishes the reference and the list of scientific publications of Zhapakhova Akmaral Uteshevna, Senior Lecturer of the “Architecture and Construction Production” educational program and Candidate of Technical Sciences, for the conferment of the academic title of Associate Professor in the scientific field “20100 Civil and Transport Engineering".
