In accordance with the Rules for Awarding Academic Titles (Associate Professor (Docent), Professor), approved by Order No. 128 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011 (as amended by Order No. 320 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2021, and Order No. 435 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 5, 2024), as well as in accordance with Order No. 466 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 30, 2024 “On Approval of the Classifier of Scientific Fields” (as amended by Order No. 124 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 2025), the Academic Council of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University publishes the reference information and the list of scientific works of Saken Seitkanovich Uderbayev, Associate Professor of the Educational Program “Architecture and Construction Production”, for the award of the academic title of Professor in the scientific field “20100 – Civil and Transport Engineering”.
