School management in the age of artificial intelligence: the «Mektep 5.0» project is being implemented in Kyzylorda
A three-day large-scale seminar for city school principals, organized by the Center for professional development and additional education of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University in collaboration with the National center for professional development «Orleu», was held in Kyzylorda.
During the event, Nurlan Kulmurzaev, Director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, presented a unique methodological guide titled «MEKTEP 5.0: Data-Driven Management in the Age of Artificial Intelligence».
The presented «Mektep 5.0» concept aims to transition from a traditional, reactive management system that operates based on past events to a predictive, strategic management model.

The main goal is to elevate school leaders from the role of «firefighters» who deal with current problems to the level of strategists who rely on concrete data. This approach allows for the prediction of a school's staffing, academic and psychological status using artificial intelligence and Big Data technologies.
At the seminar, Nurlan Kulmurzaev introduced a series of proprietary tools that automate the decision-making process for school leaders.

Specifically, the «HR-Radar» system (Staffing Immunity) predicts teacher retirements three years in advance, identifying the risk of professional burnout proactively. The «Predictive Pulse» tool (Learning Quality Prediction) allows for the early identification of at-risk students by analyzing data on their academic performance and attendance. The «Smart Essay» module (Psychological Safety) conducts semantic analysis of student written work, identifying signs of suicide, bullying, and domestic violence. «Social Sonar» (Parent Voice) analyzes the emotional tone in parent chats, aimed at promptly identifying pressing issues within the school.

Due to the implementation of the new methodology, school leaders in Kyzylorda will be able to build accurate three-year forecasts for staffing and the educational process, automate reporting and planning with the Agentic AI system, and transition to the level of modern leaders who make decisions based on data rather than simply searching for information.
This initiative aims not only to improve the quality of education in the region, but also to restructure school management in line with the demands of the digital age.
