A projective methodology was implemented within «Get to know yourself» theme

A projective session themed «Get to know yourself» was conducted for international students residing in dormitory №3 in the Psychological Support Center of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

The goal of the event was to foster positive self-development skills among students, as well as to identify problems arising in the process of personal and professional growth.

During the projective session, participants were offered various psychological tasks and exercises aimed at self-discovery, understanding their inner world, and defining their outlook on the future. Following the session, students had the opportunity to recognize their personal characteristics and analyze their emotional state.

Specialists from the Psychological Support Center noted that such events positively influence the adaptation of international students to a new environment, the improvement of their communication skills, and the enhancement of their psychological resilience.
