Scientific direction: Investigation of photogravitational problems of celestial mechanics and cosmodynamics. Carrying out joint research projects with Russian scientists on the dynamics of Earth satellites and the accumulation of gas and dust clouds in interstellar space.

According to the results Of the national ranking of universities of Kazakhstan - 2018, conducted by the Independent Agency for accreditation and rating (NAAR), entered the TOP 50 of the General ranking of faculty of universities of Kazakhstan

Together with leading scientists Of the Institute of management problems (IPU) RAS, St. Petersburg state University and Moscow state University. Lomonosov developed scientific projects and based on the results of competitions announced for grant funding in fundamental Sciences for 2015-2017 on the topic "Dynamics of satellites and particle clusters" and for 2018-2020 on the topic "New formulation and study of actual problems in applied celestial mechanics and astrodynamics", these projects were evaluated by independent foreign experts on 28 and 27 points, respectively, of the maximum possible 32 points

The results of educational activities
As a result of regular communication with schools in the city and the region and management of research projects of schoolchildren through the line «Daryn», more than 22 high school students became winners of international scientific conferences of schoolchildren and winners of grants for entering universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Every year 3-4 pupils of schools in the city and regions take prizes at regional conferences of scientific projects competitions.
