The proposals developed during the foresight session will be included in the Atlas of New Professions of Kyzylorda region and were sent to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the regional Governor’s office. It is expected that this document will provide a scientifically grounded strategic direction for the region's human resources policy.

Project leader Zhandos Orazmakhanov stated that the atlas results will enable colleges and universities of the region to adapt new educational programs. Youth, in their turn, will be able to plan their future in accordance with labor market demands.

Thus, the university became one of the first educational institutions in the country to introduce a foresight culture.

Additionally, «My Profession - My Future» project is being implemented within the «Program for Increasing Population Income until 2029», approved by a resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main goal of the project is to forecast changes in the regional labor market and prepare a new generation of specialists, adapted to the future, through early career guidance for students.
