Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University announces a competition for the vacant position of assistant to the Chairman of the Management Board – Rector
To participate in the competition, the following documents must be submitted:
1) An application to participate in the competition;
2) A copy of the participant's identity document;
3) The participant's curriculum vitae (CV) with a 3x4 color photograph;
4) Copies of education documents and their appendices, with originals presented for verification;
5) A copy of the document confirming employment history, certified by the HR department at the current or last place of employment;
6) A list of scientific works and inventions (if any);
7) Form №075/u "Medical Certificate (Doctoral Professional Consultative Conclusion)" in accordance with Order № DSM-175/2020 RK of the Acting Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020. (Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 4, 2020, №21579);
8) A certificate of the presence or absence of information in the records of the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the commission of a criminal offense by the individual.
Submission of an incomplete set of documents as per the list provided in this clause shall be grounds for refusal to accept the application in an arbitrary form. The competition participant has the right to submit additional information concerning their education, professional level (list of scientific publications, recommendations from previous employers), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.
The assistant to the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector must be aware: the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan: "On Education," "On Science and Technological Policy," "On Combating Corruption," "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan," "On Military Service and the Status of Servicemen," "On Public Procurement," "On State Property," the State Program for the Development of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other normative legal acts regulating the educational, scientific, production and economic activities, and financial and economic activities of a higher education institution, labor legislation, and labor protection rules and norms.
Qualification requirements: Higher (or postgraduate) education, work experience of at least 3 years.
Application deadline: March 2, 2026, by 17:00. The date and venue of the competition will be announced additionally.
