"Microqualifications in the higher education system: concept, methodology and principles"

A seminar on the topic "Microqualification in the higher education system: concept, methodology and principles" was held at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

The lecture was conducted by Professor of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Academician of the International Academy of Information, Academician of the Kazakhstan Academy of Economic Sciences, Professor of the Eurasian International Academy of Economics, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Acting Rector of Astana IT University Serik Omirbayev.

The seminar considered the concepts of the development of higher education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023-2029, the development of a system of continuing education and recognition of the results of non-formal education, the experience of microqualification programs in European universities.

On the first day, the topics "Fundamentals and obligations of Microqualification and Balloon", "Microqualification in the higher education system", "Connection of  MOOC and microqualification", "Microqualification in non-formal education", "Microqualification: essence, purpose and designation, European approaches", "Microqualification Program: principles and procedure of content formation" were covered.

On the second day, topical issues of the direction "Microqualification programs: the procedure and forms of mastering, work experience in the educational process", recognition of microqualification, forms of documents were discussed.

The seminar was attended by directors of institutes, heads of departments, teaching staff, heads of structures and employees.
